This morning I have a not one but two bowls of
Cookie Crisp Cereal (shared by the whole family), ate with fresh milk.

Err.. actually I'm quite into a heavy breakfast person, you see.. So, that's why one bowl of cereal would never be enough for me, hehehe..

. But the turn down point is that, the
Hubby is not so into heavy breakfast. He is more into light + healthy start of the day like cereals, toasts, oats,
capati and stuffs like that. Whilst the wife, is so into
nasi +
meehon goreng,
nasi lemak, nasi dagang + all those kind of heavy stuffs, hehehe..

. Don't blame me! I've been brewed up by family that way, huhuhu..


Anyway, since I have the power now to choose what I eat, I will choose a ranch of much healthier one- although sometimes (I must confess) that I still took those heavy kind of food once in a blue moon just to satisfy my appetite

. But somehow, I think a good (heavy) breakfast is a good start for the day anyway. As personally, I need lots of energy to burn on chores that I've been handling in the morning- don't you think so?

Without a good breakfast, I won't probably have enough energy + might having the early + easily hungry syndrome, hehehe..

And, whenever I took my breakfast like a brunch (breakfast + lunch), then, I will definitely eat less for lunch

My favourite breakfast meal would definitely be my
nasi goreng or
meehon goreng- it's my favourite meal of all time. Even if I had a stay in a hotel + the next morning will be a free buffet full of yummy food, I will definitely lay my eyes to my favourite
nasi/meehon goreng, hehehe.. or at least have a small portion of it, hehehe..

. Anyway, a healthy breakfast for my family nowadays are just those simple ones in which, you don't have to have much times to spend to prepare them. Just pour the milk, + voila!! All done..

. (And of course, a big save of energy for me too, hehehe..

) And,
alhamdulillah, the kids are also seem into their
Abi's breakfast habit- which is very cool eh? Eheh..

.
And if, I craving some of my heavy favourite breakfast food.. I just need to go to the kitchen + do some
"kaching.. kaching.." with the wok + voila!! A happy start-up breakfast for me

(With the
Hubby giving the disapprove face to me, hehehe..

).
